A Kitchen Transformation with Style and Functionality

One of the standout features of this renovation was the complete transformation of the kitchen. The outdated peninsula was replaced with a stunning new island, requiring new sub-slab plumbing to accommodate the change. The island, featuring a sleek stone countertop with an integrated sink, serves as a central focal point in the kitchen, offering both style and practicality.

The kitchen walls were adorned with beautiful blue tile-work, providing a subtle yet elegant contrast against the stainless steel stove and pristine white cabinets. This combination of colors and materials creates a timeless, sophisticated look. To enhance functionality and luxury, we installed a wine fridge—an excellent addition for entertaining and storage.

Open Concept Living and Stylish Additions

To create an open-concept living area, our team carefully removed a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and the adjoining space. This significant change opens up the floor plan, allowing for better flow and connectivity between the kitchen and the new seating area. In this cozy space, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV sits above a comfortable beige couch, creating the perfect setting for family gatherings or relaxing evenings at home.

We also revamped the fireplace fascia, giving it a modern and refined look that serves as a stylish focal point in the living room. This upgrade, combined with the fresh layout, breathes new life into the heart of the home.

Room Addition and Staircase Redesign

Above the main level, we added a new room, expanding the home’s square footage and providing additional living or recreational space. This addition required careful planning and execution to seamlessly blend with the existing structure, and it stands as a testament to our team’s expertise and attention to detail.

We completed the transformation by updating the staircase with a new railing that adds a contemporary flair while maintaining safety and durability. The new design integrates beautifully with the rest of the home’s aesthetic, offering both form and function.
